The Roblox Corporation will report the company's first financial results for the 2021 first quarter on May 10, 2021. Following the financial report, the company will hold a live webcast on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 5:30am PT / 8:30am ET.
The conference call will allow investors the opportunity to ask questions regarding the financial results. Investors may access the live webcast from the Roblox investor relations website. The fiscal year ended on March 31, 2021, just over two weeks following Roblox (NYSE: RBLX) going public through direct listing on the New York Stock Exchange. The RBLX stock opened company to the public at $64.50 and has fluctuated in price since launch, jumping as high as $83.41 (April 13) and dropping as low as $60.69 (March 25).
Since then, the company has continued to expand its brand beyond the gaming platform. Roblox was included amongst the NYSE's first batch of First Trade non-fungible tokens (NFTs), a digital collection celebrating a company's first trade on the stock market.
Roblox also partnered with Hasbro to launch the first lineup of Nerf blaster toys and a Roblox-themed Monopoly board game. All Roblox/Hasbro collections are available for preorder now. Moreover, the company has continued frequent events involving the Roblox development community through Metaverse Champions, a platform-wide competitive event spanning over 180 unique experiences.
