Slap Battles is a chaotic fighting game in which you attempt to slap others into oblivion! Slaps are improved with the greatest gloves, so read on for my tier list of the most desirable gloves in Roblox Slap Battles.
Tier list for all Roblox Slap Battles Gloves
This tier list includes all the available in the game and the rating only considers their usefulness in terms of attacks and passives. For example, some slightly lower-tier gloves may be much easier to get hold of, so they are preferable to you in the short term while building up to hard-to-find gloves. Note many are available by spending a few thousand Slaps which you can often get free with our Roblox Slap Battles codes.
Your rankings may order things differently due to your play style and preferences. Some gloves are incredibly difficult to get, while others are tricky to use and are only really viable for experienced players. The real key is to have fun, collect gloves as you go, and give each one a fair shot before you completely dismiss it. This is a personal list, but feel free to add your wisdom in the comments section below.

Top S+ Tier Gloves in Slap Battles
Detonator
Power: 52 Speed: 17 Ability Countdown: 10 seconds Requires: Head Hunter Badge
You’ll need to win a Slap Royale game to get this glove, earning at least 15 kills in the process. You’ll quickly learn to appreciate the immense power of the Detonator once you get to use and master it, but it isn’t easy. Its Blast Tag ability marks anyone you slap; when you use the ability everyone you’ve marked will explode, knocking them in the direction you’re facing when you trigger it. The slap itself knocks them back, so a well-timed ability use can effectively knock them back twice, countering some abilities such as Fish.
Retro
Power: 48 Speed: 10 Ability Countdown: 8 seconds (Ban Hammer); 3 Seconds (Rocket Launcher); 2.5 Seconds (Bomb) Requires: Parkour Pwner Badge
The Retro Glove is generally considered to be the best glove out there that has multiple abilities, mimicking the Hybrid, Santa, and Jester gloves all in one. However, it is also one of the hardest gloves to get. The triple threat of Ban Hammer, Bomb, and Rocket Launcher makes this a glove for all occasions; Rocket Launcher is a great ranged attack, Ban Hammer has top-notch close-up knockback, and bomb is great for avoiding hazards.
Best S-Tier Gloves in Slap Battles
Error
Power: NA Speed: 15 Ability Countdown: NA Cost: 50k slaps
This is the perfect ability for grinding on a private server, but not really for slapping. It is a one-shot kill when you hit someone, so good players will simply avoid getting close to you at all costs. Quite a few gloves (Golden, Shield, counter, etc) will stop you in your tracks, but you can equally counter other abilities (you can avoid being zombified by a Necromanvcerm, for example).
Killstreak
Power: 35-300 Speed: 15 Ability Countdown: Phase 1-5: NA, phase 6: 6 seconds, phase 7: 14 seconds, Phase 8: 2 seconds Cost: 5k Slaps
This is an amazing glove in the hands of a skilled player, although it does have a few caveats. Each time you kill someone the power of the glove increases. This is a passive skill, your power starts weak, and you have no ability, but this is made up for with a nice buff to movement speed. When you reach phase six you lose the speed buff and gain the Orb Blast ability (ranged with a small knockback). When you reach phases seven and eight, you become a killing machine.
Top A-Tier Gloves in Slap Battles
Tableflip
Power: 52 Speed: 16 Ability Countdown: 14 seconds Cost: 15k Slaps
While the ability of this glove has a long cooldown, it is the strongest projectile weapon in the game as you'll throw a table at an opponent which does massive damage on impact. You’ll also knock them back, with the knockback effect being stronger the closer the victim is to you. The table flies fast too but on the flip side, you need to be accurate and hits don’t reward you with slaps.
Woah
Power: 52 Speed: 16 Ability Countdown: 10 seconds Cost: 7k Slaps
If you like an APOE attack, this is the glove for you in the relatively easy-to-acquire range. It also knocks them back, making it hard for players to get close while also knocking them back, which is great near the edges. Just be careful of anyone using Reverse (which counters it) or any rebound ability (such as Whirlwind or Charge).
Tier B to D Gloves in Slap Battles
Tier B gloves are solid but you’ll usually find better versions of the same abilities, multiple abilities, or improved versions that work similarly on higher-tier gloves. I would avoid tier C and D gloves unless you’re really comfortable with a particular one, as there is always something better relatively easily available.
