Ultimate Solo Hunters Weapons Tier List

Before we jump to the tier list, it should be noted that the game is still in early release, meaning that many things are bound to change. As of now, many parts of the game are rather easy to complete, and most early and mid-game weapons will be more than good enough to run through these challenges.

NOTE: This list only includes Mythic weapons. There are other weapons (Legendary, Epic, etc.), but they are clearly weaker compared to Mythic weapons, and thus we opted not to include them. The list is predominantly focused on end-gate content, as most early- and mid-game gates are quite easy to beat.

Solo Hunters Mythic Weapons Evaluation & Locations

Now that you’ve seen our tier list, it’s time to break down the pros and cons of each weapon in order to understand its strengths and weaknesses, as well as the reasoning behind our decisions and why each one is placed where it is. As we’ve already mentioned, the game has just been released in early access, meaning you should expect many balance changes, and, as a result, changes to this tier list. But for now, check out the evaluation of each weapon.

S Tier Weapons - Best in the Current Meta

• The Dual Dagger is the fastest weapon in Solo Hunters (insanely fast attack cooldown)
• Very high DPS
• Immortals is one of the best sustainability skills
• It can pull mobs towards you
Cons:
• Short range
Solo Hunters Shadow Scythe
Shadow Scythe
Location: Summon Power
Pros:
• The Shadow Scythe has the highest M1 damage in Solo Hunters
• Basic attack hits several targets in a cone in front of you
• Several abilities have I-frames
• It's great for farming end-game gates
Cons:
• A bit slower compared to the Dual Dagger
Solo Hunters Thunder Axe
Thunder Axe

Pros:
• The Thunder Axe has phenomenal range for the damage it deals
• The R skill is perfect for wave clearing, with its massive range and huge straight-line AoE swing.
• I-frame on the R skill
Cons:
• It lacks sustainability, as other skills don't have an I-frame, making it not as good for end-game gate clearing

Cons:
• Not as good raw damage output compared to S-Tier weapons
Solo Hunters Venom Fang
Venom Fang
Location: Subway
Pros:
• Venom Fang's C skill has the highest weapon skill damage in Solo Hunters.

B Tier Weapons - Solid But Clearly Outclassed

Weapon & LocationEvaluation
Solo Hunters King's Trident
King's Trident
Location: Snow Forest
Pros:
• The King's Trident is the highest-range weapon in Solo Hunters
• The F skill has a solid cooldown
• It can dish out massive damage, but at a very narrow area (small hitbox)
The C skill comes with an I-frame and deals a lot of damage, but it's kinda clunky.
Cons:
• In general, despite its solid range and damage, the weapon's playstyle is currently not suited for end-game gates.
