Where is the Dr. Scramble Boss in Steal an Egg
The Dr. Scramble Boss fight is not always available in Steal an Egg. Instead, it can be accessed once every 30 minutes using a portal that appears in the Forest Biome. When it is time, the portal will appear. And once you complete the fight, the portal will disappear. That means you can only fight Dr. Scramble twice an hour.
How to Defeat Dr. Scramble in Steal an Egg
To defeat Dr. Scramble in Steal an Egg, you have to complete a three-phase boss fight. For the first phase, you will have to destroy a giant mech. Once that is destroyed, you will then need to destroy the core of the mecha. For the final phase, you have to land three hits on Dr. Scramble.

How to Destroy Dr. Scramble’s Mech in Steal an Egg
The mecha that Dr. Scramble uses has three phases. Each phase unleashes a different type of attack. Here’s a detailed breakdown of all the attacks he uses and how you can avoid them:
- Mech Charge: Dr. Scramble’s mech will charge at you at high speeds, dealing damage and knocking you back. Simply move out of the marked zone in front of him to avoid this attack.
- Croco: Dr. Scramble releases a mechanical crocodile on the field that targets random players. You can not deal damage to this crocodile, so dodging his attacks until it despawns is the only strategy here.
- Scramble Drones: Dr. Scramble can also deploy drones that will follow you and can deal damage. These drones can be destroyed using your bat.
- Lasers and Ground Smash: The mech can unleash lasers and smash the ground at random intervals. When it wants to do any of these attacks, the mech will take some time to recharge. That’s your cue to get away from the mech and get to a safe distance, or take cover behind the boxes.
Once all three phases are complete, the mecha will heat up and become immobile for a few seconds. That’s your window for attack. While the mecha is stuck, deal as much damage as you can using your bat.
Note: The fight becomes a lot easier when all players in the server join. Players who do more damage will get more Samples. Everyone who participates in the boss fight gets one Boss Mastery per kill.
How to Destroy Dr. Scramble’s Core in Steal an Egg
Once you defeat the mecha, it’ll explode and expose its core. That core targets one player at a time, charges toward that player, and deals damage. The player who gets targeted gets a notification on the screen. When you see that notification, head towards any of the small blue towers inside the lab (shown in the image below).
When the core gets within range of the towers, it gets stuck for a few seconds. That’s the only time you can deal damage to the core. To destroy the core, you’ll need to completely deplete its health bar three times.
After destroying the core, you’ll see Dr. Scrambles running around. Follow him and land three hits on him successfully to complete the boss fight and get your Samples and Boss Mastery.
