However, a few secret tricks & techniques let you consistently stack mutations on an egg and improve its value. While there are other ways to double-stack mutations in Steal An Egg, the best and most reliable method is to get the Fractured & Abyssal Mutations on one of your Eggs. To do this, first get the Mutation Consumable from the Boss Shop for 400 Boss Tokens. These are tied to the Rift Event, which randomly spawns anywhere on the map every 30 minutes. Participate in the Event to earn Boss Tokens and make the purchase. Farm at least 10 Mutation Consumables to further increase your chance of getting the Fractured Mutation.
Next, you must get the Scrambled Mutation Item. You can get this for 475 Chemical Bottles from the Dr. Scramble Experiments Sample Shop. Press the Chemical Flask icon on the right side of the screen to open the Shop. You can accumulate Chemical Flask Bottles by defeating the Dr. Scramble Drone that spawns every 30 minutes in the game. Like the former, try to get at least 10 to 20 Scrambled Mutation Items.
Once you have both items ready, pick a high-value Egg to Mutate. Something like the ArchAngel, World Burner, or Skeletal Sabertooth is ideal, or you can select any high-value Eggs from your inventory. First, use the Mutation Consumable on the Egg, then keep feeding it until you get the Fractured Mutation. You have only a 10% chance of getting the Fractured Mutation each time you feed your Egg. So, use each item until you receive it. Immediately follow it up with the Scrambled Mutation Item and feed your Egg. This also has the same 10% chance. So, keep repeating until you get the Scrambled Mutation notification.
After you apply both mutations to the Egg, wait for it to incubate as usual, then receive a Pet with dual mutations after hatching that will make a lot of money for your profile.
