All The Peak Ore Traits, Multipliers & Drop Chance - The Forge Winter Update
The Forge Winter Update introduces many new regions on Island 3, each packed with new enemies, quests, and, naturally, ores. Since The Forge is a mining and forging game at its core, a major update without new ores would feel out of place. In total, there are 14 new ores in the Frostpire Expanse, with the same number appearing in The Peak region, along with even more in the Raven Cave. IMPORTANT NOTE: The Trait values shown in this list assume the optimal ore distribution in the crafting recipe - specifically, 30% or more of an ore with a Trait to achieve its maximum stat bonuses. While Traits can be activated with as little as 10% of the recipe, doing so results in reduced stat values.

The Forge Peak Ore Traits FAQ
The best new offensive Ore Trait in The Forge Winter Update is Voidstar Ore, which gives +33% crit chance and +15% crit damage when it makes for 30% of the crafting recipe, with a slight -15% Max Health debuff.
The best new defensive Ore Trait in The Peak region is Etherealite Ore, which boosts your Health with +35% Extra Defense when it makes for 30% of the crafting recipe.
That honor belongs to the divine Gargantuan Ore, which boasts a staggering 25× multiplier.

To mine any of the Raven Cave ores, you first have to unlock it by completing the Raven NPC quests. You'll also get the Raven Armor set by completing these, so it's a big plus (and it looks cool).
