The second part of the Universal Festival is finally here, and it is a big one. Universal Tower Defense X Update 3.0 Part 2 brings a new Universal unit, ten new units total, new stages, a new gamemode, a new raid, relic changes, a revamped UI across several menus, and a whole lot more. New Stages
Otherworld Disturbance
The new Otherworld Disturbance stages consist of a Story, a Legend Stage, and a Virtual Realm. These drop the new Fusion relic set, and the Legend Stages also contain evolution items for some of the new units.
Divine Wrath Ultra Boss
The Divine Wrath Ultra Boss lets you fight against the Merciless Gods. You access it via Merciless God Keys, and it drops the new Fused Warrior unit as well as new evolution materials.
Freakybuu Incident Raid
The Freakybuu Incident Raid has you taking on the Saiyan Warriors' enemies. Rewards from this raid include the Fallen Prince unit, its evo item, the new Warriors Raid Rarity Relic Set, and the new Evil Cookies Raid Currency.
Otherworld Hell Gamemode
Otherworld Hell is a permanent gamemode in which you fight Evil Incarnate. It drops Evil Incarnate Coins, the Evil Incarnate unit and its evo item, Universal Gems, and the usual Gems and Coins.
New Units
Update 3.0 Part 2 adds 10 new units and 1 Synchro Drive unit across multiple rarities. Here is the full list:
Universal Unit
- Merciless God — obtained from the Universal Festival Banner. Has three upgrade paths: Rose (Top), Duo (Middle), and Fusion (Bottom), with both Normal and Shiny models.
Boundless Unit
- Ultimate Fused Warrior — obtained by evolving Fused Warrior (Earring). Available in Normal and Shiny.
Unrivaled Unit
- Angel Born in Hell (Unrivaled) — obtained by evolving Angel Born in Hell (Super). Available in Normal and Shiny.
Secret Units
- Fused Warrior — obtained from the Divine Wrath Ultra Boss.
- The Drink (Super Rage) — obtained by evolving The Drink.
- Evil Incarnate — obtained from the Otherworld Hell Gamemode.
- Super Roku (Third Ascension) — obtained from the Freakybuu Incident Raid or by evolving Super Roku (Enraged).
- Limit Breaker Prince (Marked) — obtained from the Freakybuu Incident Raid or by evolving Fallen Prince (Ruthless).
Exclusive Units
- Big Brother (Vengeance) — obtained from Season 3 Battlepass: Universal Festival, Part 2.
- Nursefather (Thumb) — obtained from Season 3 Battlepass: Universal Festival, Part 2.
Mythic Unit
- Angel Born in Hell — obtained from the Universal Festival Banner. Available in Unevo and Shiny.
Synchro Drive Unit
- Fused Warrior (Super) — created by Synchro Driving Super Roku (Third Ascension) and Limit Breaker Prince (Marked).
New Relic Sets
Story and Virtual Realm Relic Set (Fusion Set)
- Accessory: Any ally cleansed by this unit gains +50% Damage for 10 seconds (10s cooldown).
- Top and Bottom: Every Neutral Type hit on an enemy grants 5% damage per hit, up to 70%.
Raid Relic Set (Warriors Set)
- Accessory: If the unit can Synchro Clash or Fuse, gain 50% damage in non-synchro form, or 25% range and 15% damage in synchro form.
- Set Bonus (Hero Tag): +10% Damage, +20% DoT Damage.
- Set Bonus (Fusion Tag): +10% Damage, +25% Boss Damage.
- Top and Bottom: When the unit inflicts DoT, crit damage is buffed by 50% for the next 15 seconds (7.5s cooldown).
- Set Bonus (Fusion Tag): +10% Damage, +20% Range, +20% Hyper Armor Damage.
- Set Bonus (Super Warrior Tag): +20% Damage, -10% SPA, +10% Crit Rate.
Relic Stat Changes
The main stat percentage for Damage and DoT Relics has been increased at Level 15:
- Damage Main Stat (Level 15): 60% increased to 70%
- DoT Main Stat (Level 15): 60% increased to 99%
New Events
Otherworld Hell Event
Evolve Update 3.0 Part 2 units to earn Otherworld Coins, then exchange them for special rewards in the Event Shop.
Season 3 Battlepass: Universal Festival Part 2
Completing the new Season 3 Battlepass unlocks Nursefather (Thumb) and Big Brother (Vengeance). Here is what each tier includes:
- Free Battlepass: 3 Secret Shards, 6 Exclusive Shards, 100k Gold, 35k Gems, 128 Rerolls, 56 Stat Rerolls, 142,500 Universal Gems S1, 142,500 Universal Gems S2.
- Premium Battlepass: 3 Secret Shards, 6 Exclusive Shards, 200k Gold, 69k Gems, 256 Rerolls, 112 Stat Rerolls, 285k Universal Gems S1, 285k Universal Gems S2.
New Universal Banner and Universal Gems Currency
Merciless God is obtainable exclusively from the new Universal Banner, which comes with a brand new Universal Gems currency. Universal Gems drop from all stages, including the Daily Challenge, with newer gamemodes awarding more of them. You can also convert Universal Gems Season 1 into Universal Gems Season 1 Part 2 via the Merciless God NPC in the lobby at a 1:1 rate, subject to a daily limit.

Seven new bundles are available with Universal Tower Defense:
- Merciless God Bundle (R$7,999, limit 1x): Divine Scythe mount, 1,400 Trait Rerolls, 500,000 Universal Gems S1 Part 2, 200,000 Gems, 150,000 Gold.
- We Warriors Have No Limits (R$7,999, limit 1x): Golden Dragon mount, 1,000 Trait Rerolls, 700,000 Universal Gems S1 Part 2, 100,000 Gems, 500,000 Gold, 100 Relic Rerolls.
- Unrivaled Fusion Warriors! Bundle (R$4,999, limit 2x): Fusion Dance mount, 300,000 Universal Gems S1 Part 2, 400 Trait Rerolls, 10,000 Gems, 150,000 Gold, 50 Relic Rerolls, 100 Stat Rerolls, 100 Stat Locks, 3x all Fragments.
- Limbo Companyy! (R$799, limit 1x): Yakuza Dance emote, 150,000 Universal Gems S1 Part 2, 225 Trait Rerolls, 20,000 Gems.
- Fusion Bundle (R$225, limit 1x): Larp Staircase emote, 70,000 Universal Gems S1 Part 2, 75 Trait Rerolls, 30,000 Gems.
- Peroxide Soon? (R$179, limit 1x): Kitty Dance emote, 45,000 Universal Gems S1 Part 2, 45 Trait Rerolls, 30,000 Gems.
