Update: It seems like the free KJ update for The Strongest Battlegrounds has been delayed probably because the game didn't win any reward during the 2024 Roblox Innovation Awards. However, it's quite possible that the developers might release it as a part of the upcoming Halloween event.

The free KJ update will most likely be released on September 8, 2024, after the Roblox Developers Conference (RDC) event in San Jose. However, it's worth noting that it's purely based on speculation as the official date hasn't been confirmed yet.

But there's a strong reason behind this release window. During the 2024 Roblox Innovation Awards voting, The Strongest Battlegrounds developers announced that they're soon going to release a special update to celebrate their massive win in the two categories—Best Fighting Experience and Best Strategy Experience.

However, the developers explained that they were unable to release the update due to certain restrictions that could potentially influence the voters of the People's Choice category, as the winners were to be announced during the Roblox Developers Conference (RDC) event. As a result, The Strongest Battlegrounds community thinks the free KJ update will be released after the conclusion of the RDC event. Fortunately, players don't have to wait long.
