The tier list above outlines what the current meta is in Seven Knights ReBIRTH regarding PvE. There is a variety of PvE modes, and you'll need a bunch of different characters to clear them effectively. The characters in the S+ tier are what you'll mostly be using in the end-game, all being best-in-slot options for certain modes or just in general. S/A-tier characters mostly aren't the best for any type of content, but they either have niche uses or are solid replacements until you get the meta ones.

Now, in this tier list, you can see what the best characters are when it comes to PvP in Seven Knights ReBIRTH. Since PvP modes are so limited, there are only 10-20 characters at most that can be considered best-in-slot or can be used to form a meta PvP team. All of the good characters for PvP are in the S+ and S tiers. A-tier characters are decent, but you won't be able to compete against meta squads with them. All other characters (B/C-tier) are hardly viable, if at all.
