For this, you need:

  • Download and install WeMod
  • Launch it, click Explore
  • Search for Sons of the Forest and open it
  • Click Enable Debug Console
  • Launch Sons of the Forest and load into a game
  • Press F1 to open the console along with a list of console commands

Using WeMod is free, and it has plenty of other mods or cheats for Sons of the Forest, such as infinite strength, unlimited lung capacity, and no fall damage, along with numerous other mods or cheats for other games as well. Use this in multiplayer at your own discretion since, in the end, this is third-party software and can potentially get you banned.
