How to level up quickly in Splatoon 3

Prove you are the best inker.

Splatoon 3 is primarily a competitive shooter with several game modes and weapons to learn. Throughout this, you have a rank you can level up, unlocking new weapons and content for you. This may leave you wondering how to level up quickly in Splatoon 3.

How to rank up quickly in Splatoon 3

There are two primary methods to level up quickly and increase your rank. The first is to visit the Crab-N-Go in the multiplayer lobby and purchase one of the food items that increase your experience before a match. These are:

  • The Peseatariat: Increases battle XP by 50%
  • The Peseatariat Royale: Doubles battle XP
  • Marigold'en Garden Greens: Double battle XP for all teammates

These will greatly increase the rate you gain experience and level up. Additionally, you want to ensure you are winning your matches, easier said than done, but this gives you more experience too. Earning more medals, like inking the most turf, getting the most splats, and more. Playing with friends allows you to communicate better and increase your chances of winning.

The second way to increase your rank faster is to play Anarchy Battles. This mode unlocks at level 10 and gives you access to the competitive objective-based modes. These generally provide more experience than Turf War but are much more competitive, so they can be draining. Using the Crab-N-Go experience items in these modes is the fastest way to level up.
