It isn't just Discord that is having problems, as Spotify is having its own outage right at this moment. Multiple Spotify users are reporting not being able to log in to Spotify, with the website and app not working right now. Many users are receiving the "[S]omething went wrong" error message, which is just a vague message with no real fix.
The "something went wrong" message usually means that there's an error on Spotify's side, not on the user's side. The only thing is that users can do is restart the Spotify website or app until the message goes away and it starts working again. But users will have to wait until the people at Spotify fix whatever issue that is causing this outage.

Fortunately, Spotify on Twitter announced that things are looking better now, and everything should start working again. If you're still receiving the "something went wrong" message, continue restarting the Spotify website/app. If that doesn't work, you may need to restart your device to fix it. If the problem persists, your only solution now is to contact SpotifyCares on Twitter.
