After unlocking the Nekko mount, you'll encounter wild ones around Koboh that you can put in the stable and keep, allowing you to call them to your side whenever you need to ride while on the planet. While most of them come in brown, gray, or black, there are other, more elusive colors. Here's how to easily get rare Nekko mount colors in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.
How to spawn rare Nekko mount colors in Star Wars Jedi Survivor
While there are a handful of customization options in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, such as Cal Kestis' hair, beard, and Lightsaber, you, unfortunately, cannot change the color of your ride—the Mantis, that is. Your Nekko? That's a different story. You can't outright customize the mount as you can BD-1, but you can get one in a rare color, adding some changeability where the ship fails.
Though the color variants are usually difficult to track down, there is a way to spawn them in quickly and easily, saving you time and allowing you to get the one you want. To do so, you must have completed the Forest Array section and fixed the Mantis. Afterward, return to Rambler's Reach Outpost and head to the stables.
Outside the stables, you'll see a paddock with several Nekko mounts inside. If they're not a rare color, go to the stairs left of the stables, and take them down into the bottom section of Pyloon's Saloon.
You'll find a Meditation Point here. Meditate, then return to the paddock, where the Nekko should have changed color. Still not the color you want? Rinse and repeat until the one you're looking for shows up. Then ride it to one of the pens in the stable, and it's yours to keep forever!
All rare Nekko mount colors in Star Wars Jedi Survivor
After around an hour of testing and more than 100 meditations, these are the rare colors I was able to spawn:
- Purple
- Pink
- Green
- Red
- Gold
It took me around 30 minutes to spawn a pink one, whereas I saw numerous others at that time, but I can't confirm whether it's a rarer color or if it was just a case of bad luck.
