How to find Captain Petrov in Starfield (No Sudden Moves)

Finding Petrov.

If you’re following the main storyline of action RPG Starfield, it won’t be too long until you get to the No Sudden Moves mission. After completing Short Sighted on the Eye, you’ll get this quest from Vladimir while you’re still there. You’re tasked with stealing one of the artifacts from a rival collector, Petrov, but how do you find Petrov in Starfield?

Starfield No Sudden Moves mission - Captain Petrov location

Petrov is on his ship, The Scow, which is orbiting Procyon V in the Procyon A system. As long as you have the quest highlighted, you can fast travel to the right spot and approach the ship. Hail The Scow to start a conversation with the crew and let Sam Coe do the talking (he should be with you, as he is required on the No Sudden Moves mission). Alternatively, you can use your Persuade skill or attack the ship using force to take out the engines. Whichever method you use, you’ll now be able to dock with the Scow.

Once on board, you’ll be approached by Tao Xun at the top of the first flight of stairs. After speaking with him (ask him as much as you can), move straight through the long corridor you’re in and go up the stairs at the end and through the door.

Follow the corridor to your left (1), then go down the one to the right of the dinosaur head (2), up the stairs, and keep following the corridor as it turns left (3). Go up the stairs on your left at the end (4), and go right through a circular door and along a red-carpeted corridor (5). You’ll find a large room at then, with Captain Petrov sitting on a chez longue inside.
