In the Ignition chapter, Charlie is separated from the team, and ends up in a furnace chamber. Incidentally, the mannequin he meets at the Bar is in the chamber too, and this time it has a lighter. Charlie can escape from the door or hide under the grate when the fire starts. We recommend players hide under the grate, as this will save Charlie's life.

If Erin is alive, then players will come across a situation where she accuses Charlie of collaborating with Du'Met. According to the recording she heard in the Silver Ash Institute, Charlie was the one who instructed Du'Met to kill his team. However, this is a fake recording, and there is only one way to save Charlie here. Make sure Mark takes Charlie's side, and implores Erin to back off till they have more proof. If Mark doesn't take Charlie's side, Du'Met kills him, and writes the word Complicit on his body for everyone to see.
