What time does The Waylanders full release become playable?

The Waylanders 2 has revealed the exact time the game will move from Early Access to all of its full release features. If you buy it this week, you can still take advantage of the discounted price.

The Waylanders will leave Early Access and become a full release on Feb. 2, 2022, at 10am PT and 1pm ET.

All players need is to download the game. The update will include all of the full release features if it is already downloaded. Players only need to wait for Steam to update the game. The full game will be available after the release if you have not already purchased or downloaded it.

Developer GATO STUDIO has not specified whether progress from Early Access will carry over to the full release. Their Early access FAQs on Steam mention that major updates may delete saved games.

We recommend starting the game from scratch even if your progress from Early Access does carry over. According to the same FAQ, much of the dialogue, voices, and cinematics are not present in the Early Access, so the experience will be very different in the full release.
