Flawless rubies can be found in chests throughout the world when completing points of interest on the map. The best way to find flawless rubies is to buy them from blacksmiths. Blacksmiths inventories will regularly be refreshed, however here is a list of potential sellers:
- Armorer in Midcopse, Velen.
- Fergus Graem in Crow's Perch, Velen
- Armorer in Hierarch Square, Novigrad.
- Blacksmith Hattori in Novigrad.
- Blacksmith in Kaer Trolde, Skellige Isles.
- Grandmaster Smith in Beauclair, Toussiant.
