There is no in-game way to translate the glyphs in Tunic, or at least through an in-game function. Through Tunic's Steam discussions, many fans have asked if the fictional language can be translated. And a few days after release, it would seem that Reddit user Oposdeo had cracked the code and posted a method to translate the text.

According to Oposdeo, the in-game language has a meaning and contributes to the story. They did reveal that none of the in-game language they have translated has led to any new secrets.
