If you are planning on trying to collect the card in Disney Twisted Wonderland, you will need to participate in the gatch system. This system requires you to pull cards using gems, the game's currency, and much like in other gacha games, building up gems can be a relatively slow process.
Just like with any game built around gacha mechanics, you can either choose to be F2P and slowly earn gyms of pay for them. When compared to some other gacha games, pulling cards isn't that expensive, especially if you're trying for SSR cards, as every ten pull is guaranteed to come with at least one.
