You may feel that Twitch has unjustly punished you with either a ban or suspension. Now that Twitch has an Appeals Portal, you have even more agency to try and prove your innocence.
Know why you were banned
To appeal your ban, it is helpful to know exactly why you were banned. You should have been notified during your banning or suspension, and you can review the reason in-depth by looking at the Twitch Community Guidelines. For example, if you were banned for Hateful Conduct, it will help you to know what Twitch considers hateful conduct. If you feel still that you did not do what Twitch banned or suspended you for, you are ready to appeal and now have a deeper understanding of what to explain in your appeal.

Appeal through Appeals Portal
Now that you are ready to appeal Twitch's decision to either ban or suspend you, make sure you are logged in to your account and go to the Appeals Portal. Choose which enforcement you want to appeal and confirm this is the right one by looking at the date beside it. In the Description box, type your reasoning for your appeal (why you think you should not be banned or suspended). Submit once you are done. You'll see a confirmation of the appeal sent, and the status will be marked as Pending. Now all you need to do is wait for a response from Twitch.
