How to charge batteries in V Rising (Map)

It's time to charge up and prepare yourself for the endgame.

Depleted Batteries are useful items you'll acquire in the game as you cross paths with machine enemies. These items work as base resources and once charged, can help you craft Power Cores in endgame. Here's how you go about re-charging batteries in V Rising.

Batteries in V Rising act as containers for liquid electricity that can later be used to craft a Power Core. However, these batteries aren't charged in their default state and need a Lightning Harvester in order to charge.

If you haven't yet acquired empty battery cannisters, you can easily find these by defeating machine enemies. These include enemy varients like Zappers, Drillers, Lightning Protectors, and Gattlers. The best spot to find them would be towards Gloomrot North, where you can locate Thunderstrike Peak.

If you're new to this area, it's advisable to get a mount (such as a horse) to travel quickly. Once you've collected enough Depleted Batteries after eliminating machine enemies in this area (or simply picking it up from your vicinity), you can locate a Lightning Harvester at the same location.

After you've located the Lightning Harvester at Thunderstrike Peak, simply interact with it and select the Depleted Battery you want to charge. This will take little time (4-6 seconds) and you can charge around 10 batteries at once, moving about freely as it happens. This would be a good time to gather more Depleted Batteries and stock up, as you'll need this resource for the later part of the game.

Right above Thunderstrike Peak, you will notice a similar area called Trancendum Power Plant. Here, a level 77 boss called Voltatia The Power Master resides. Defeating this boss will unlock the crafting recipe for Power Cores.

You can craft Power Covers once you've gathered enough Charged Battery along with some Radium Alloy. Power Cores are one of the highly-valued resources in the endgame that lets you craft items like Onyx Tear, which can be used to further craft some legendary weapons like the Epic Ancestral Sword and Epic Ancestral Whip.
