Out of 15 new weapons introduced into the Vampire Survivors Emergency Meeting DLC, only seven of them actually have evolutions. To evolve a weapon in Vampire Survivors, you must get it to a max level and pair it together with a particular item by opening a treasure chest. Both the weapon and the item must be on their max levels. Below is the list of all the weapon evolutions so far and how to obtain them.

To evolve Lifesign Scan weapon evolution in Vampire Survivors Emergency Meeting DLC, you must combine it with the Yellow Crewmate leveled to 3. Level both of these to their maximum respective levels and open up a treasure to get a Paranormal Scan evolved version of the weapon.
