Where to find the occult items in Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines

In Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, you will run into Occult Items that can help boost your powers and give you passive effects. Many of these items are easy to miss, so we created a guide on where to find them and what effects they offer.

Bloodstar

  • Adds 20% Bloodbuff duration.
  • You receive this as a quest reward from Maximillian Strauss after completing the A Plague for the Angels questline.

Daimonori

  • Adds 40% Thaumaturgy damage.
  • This item is only accessible by Tremere players in their exclusive haven at the Tremere Chatry.

Fae Charm

  • Adds one point to Dexterity.
  • You can purchase this item at Tseng's Herbal Remedies in Chinatown.

Galdjum

  • Adds 25% bonus to the duration of a passive Discipline.
  • You can find this item inside the Nosferatu Warrens in a room at the end of the hallway that has Imalia's room.
  • In the Unofficial Patch, this item is only available in the Skyline Apartments haven, and you can not obtain it if you are playing as either a Tremere or a Nosferatu.

Heart of Eliza

  • Adds one point to Melee.
  • You can purchase this item at Tseng's Herbal Remedies in Chinatown.

Key of Alamut

  • Adds +1 to Soak.
  • You receive this as a quest reward from Pisha after completing the Occultish Personality questline.

Mummywrap Fetish

  • Increases passive health regeneration.
  • You can find this item at 609 King's Way on a table on the very top floor right after entering the building.

Rune of the Third Eye

  • Increases your defense against Gargoyle attacks.
  • You can get this item from Strauss if you are asked about the Gargoyle during the Gargoyle Removal Service questline, given that you have a high enough persuasion.

Tarulfang

  • Decreases the chance of frenzy.
  • You can find this item in Grout's Mansion in the room with the large electrical devices. It will be sitting on the floor.

The Odious Chalice

  • Stores extra blood points.
  • You can get this item as a reward from Pisha for returning the Fetish Statue from the Museum of Natural History during the Occultish Personality questline.

Weekapaug Thistle

  • Adds one point to the Combat Defense feat.
  • You can find this item in the Ocean House Hotel in a drawer on the top floor.
