To start the romance with Kibellah, you must get the Rituals of the Upper Decks quest. This quest is available after you have completed the DLC quest, The Card Inverted. To get the quest, speak with Kibellah in the Voidship Bridge as marked on the map. Once you start, choose the following dialogues.

  1. How succinct. Do you dislike talking about yourself?
  2. This air of mystery surrounding you is quite alluring. Did you know that?
  3. What if I showed you my world? One of the rituals we practice on the upper decks?
  4. Thanks for sharing with me.
  5. I must take my leave.

When you are done with her, head over to the High Factotum on Voidship Bridge. He is located right beside Kibellah, as shown above. When you talk to him, make the following dialogue choices to set things up for the rituals.

  1. I would like to introduce Kibellah to some of the customs practised among people of my stature — show her the life on the upper decks, so to speak.
  2. I was counting on you to choose an appropriate ritual.
  3. End dialogue.

Now you have to wait a little, during which time you can travel to another star system as I did. Soon after, a dialogue will pop up with Danrok. Choose the Splendid, Danrok. Summon the guests option. Afterwards, return to the ship and head over to the Upper Decks, where the final dialogue with Kibellah will show up, where you will complete the quest and romance her.

  1. Would you be willing to learn one of the rituals of the high society — Dancing?
  2. Passionately wrap your arms around Kibellah’s waist.
  3. You didn't enjoy it?
  4. How do you like the ceremonies on the upper deck?
  5. Camaraderie. Spending all your day in toil can be… dreary.
  6. I see you have found a delicacy to your liking.
  7. How are you?
  8. [Smile at Kibellah] “I see you have already mastered the art of social scandal. You seem to be quite in your element.”
  9. I am intrigued to see the real you — without your spinner mask, that is.
  10. I grow weary of the crowd. Take a walk with me.
  11. I wanted to show you that there are other things in life besides service and duty.
  12. [Step closer] “That sounds promising.”
  13. Kiss Kibellah.
  14. I want to stay with you, somewhere private.

Once you choose this dialogue, you will head out with Kibellah, and you will have successfully romanced her.
