Taoqi
Born on February 25 in Huanglong, Taoqi is a Pisces. Those born under the Pisces Zodiac sign are compassionate and will often protect others, even at risk to themselves. As someone defending the borders of Jinzhou, Taoqi suits her sign well.
Encore
Born on March 21 in the New Federation, Encore is an Aries, though one right on the cusp. Those born under the Aries Zodiac sign are passionate, lively, and charismatic. Considering Encore's penchant for storytelling, her sign is a great fit.
Jianxin
Born on April 6 in Huanglong, Jianxin is an Aries; just like Encore. It makes sense that they're both Aries because those under the sign can also be unstoppable forces of nature. Once they're all in on something they're doing — like martial arts — they won't stop.
Chixia
Born on April 18 in Huanglong, Chixia is our third Aries in Wuthering Waves. Chixia is the most on-the-nose Aries because she uses a very fiery ability called Set Ablaze, where her Star generates heat that she can channel through both of her pistols.
Aalto
Born on June 11 in the New Federation, Aalto is a Gemini. Those born under the Gemini Zodiac sign are usually intelligent, adaptable, and quick-thinking. This suits Information Broker Aalto perfectly!
Calcharo
Born on July 8 in the New Federation, Calcharo is a Cancer sign. Those born under the Cancer Zodiac sign are typically more emotional - and I can say that as a July 7 Cancer sign! Cancer signs are also self-protective. That said, Calcharo seems to have more of the "negative" traits of the Cancer Zodiac, such as being vengeful.
Lingyang
Born on August 8 in Huanglong, Lingyang is a Leo. Those born under the Leo Zodiac sign are known for being passionate, confident, and joyful. For a liondancer like Lingyang, the Leo sign is perfect, but kind of obvious.
Danjin
Born on August 31 in Huanglong, Danjin is a Leo. Quite different to Lingyang, Danjin's personality favors the more knight-like qualities of this Zodiac sign. The lion is often considered regal, and this fits Danjin an her morals much better than other signs would.
Baizhi
Born on September 10 in Huanglong, Baizhi is a Virgo. Virgos are perfectionists, often seeking practical and systematic approaches to their lives. As a researcher, these personality traits fit Baizhi well. Although she comes off as slightly aloof, she does show concern for Rover when they first meet in the game. She also has a close relationship with Yangyang and Chixia from what I witnessed during the first Act.
Yinlin
Born on September 17 in Huanglong, Yinlin is a Virgo who shares some traits with Baizhi. They both have serious demeanors, though Yinlin is more secretive. Considering her job and the introduction to her character from the Wuthering Waves Reveal Livestream, this should come as no surprise.
Yuanwu
Born on October 2 in Huanglong, Yuanwu is a Libra who is much more than he seems. Libras are seen as mature, wise, and tactful. A very apt set of personality traits that match Yuanwu's official overview. At the moment, it looks like Yuanwu is going to be the oldest Resonator that accompanies Rover. With his gray beard and suit-like outfit, he definitely gives off that vibe.
Yangyang
Born on October 11 in Huanglong, Yangyang is a Libra who showcases the charming and supportive personality traits of the sign. While she may look cute, she's a very mature character and spends a lot of time worried about Rover when they first meet.
Mortefi
Born on November 6 in the New Federation, Mortefi is a Scorpio. Male Scorpios can be very intense people, which is something that you see quickly in Wuthering Waves during your first interaction with Mortefi in the academy. Despite this, Mortefi is actually very dedicated to his research and that shows the more you talk to him.
Jiyan
Born on December 14 in Huanglong, Jiyan is a Sagittarius who seems to embody their leadership qualities. Sagittarius men are often adventurous and curious; they want a purpose in life (being the leader of the Midnight Rangers surely qualifies for Jiyan).
Verina
With an unknown birthday, all I can tell you is that Verina was born in the New Federation and has ties to Jinzhou. I wouldn't be surprised if she ends up with a Taurus birthday, because Taurus signs are known for having a green thumb. Alternatively, she may be a Pisces.
Rover
Rover doesn't have a birthday, and their birthplace is unknown. Given that your chosen Rover will have two to three reactions to any situation, you can easily design their personality and give them a Zodiac sign and birthday of their own.
