If you move just a bit north of the campsite where you found the photograph stained with blood, you’ll actually see the two cliffs depicted in the photo.
The marked spot is this top cliff near the Court of Savantae Ruins in Whining Aix's Mire. You’ll find a facility with a gigantic tower on top.
Go behind it (at the very tip of the cliff), and you’ll see a prompt to Dig. A purple treasure chest will be rewarded.
Where to find guide crystals for the cube machine near Court of Savantae Ruins in Wuthering Waves
Another interesting thing you might find in this facility near the Court of Savantae Ruins is these two cube hologram things that ask for two guide crystals.
These guide crystals are located in the other two facilities in the area. I’ve marked them below.

Once you have both guide crystals, you can bring both to the cliff facility and get a gold treasure chest. It’ll reward you with a lot of Astrite and Union EXP for your troubles.
