Player feedback is what keeps games good as they are post launch, and it’s heartening to see Wuthering Waves respond to a lot of concerns so quickly. Less than 24 hours after WuWa launched, Kuro Games promised to fix a lot of things in the game, including localization quality, which has initially turned off a lot of players.
Wuthering Waves devs plan to fix list of known issues
Wuthering Waves released with a ton of errors and cut corners, but Kuro notes how they’ve identified some pressing issues and have heard feedback in the past 24 hours. Below are some of the things you can expect to be fixed in a future patch:
- The "Login Timeout" issue while trying to log in to the game
- Age authentication errors
- Needing to log in again when relaunching the game on PC
- Unreal Engine 4 (UE4) crashing
- Compatibility issues with some Android devices
- Localization quality
- Performance issues (specifically those related to FPS)
Kuro really does seem apologetic about the issue, even offering all current players x10 Lustrous Tides for the inconvenience. WuWa players can claim them via mail.
The community's reception to the quick response has also been pretty positive and hopeful. As fans ourselves, we’re hoping to see these fixed sooner rather than later.
If you chance upon a bug yourself, you can report it directly to Kuro and get it noticed as soon as possible.
