Location
The Impermanence Heron’s field is located north of Desorock Highland. Climb the cliff from the western path, then unlock the Resonance Beacon by the edge of the cliff to quickly access the boss area. The drop rate for the Impernance Heron’s Echo is dependent on your Data Bank level.
