Xbox Cloud Gaming, previously known as xCloud, is available in beta for users across all major devices, including PC, Android, and iOS devices. All you need is an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, a web browser, and a stable Internet connection.

Cloud Gaming - PC
Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome Web Browser
- Head to Xbox.com/play on Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome
- Press Sign in and enter your Microsoft account credentials
- Click on a game to play
Note: On PC, players will need a Bluetooth controller or a wired controller that can plug into the PC via USB. Unofficial Xbox controllers may not perform as well an official Xbox controller.
Cloud Gaming - Android Devices
Xbox Game Pass App
On Android devices, users can download the Xbox Game Pass app from the Google Play Store or the Samsung Galaxy Store, depending on the Android device. Within the Xbox Game Pass app, Cloud Gaming should be supported for most Xbox Game Pass games.
Google Chrome Web Browser
Android users can also access Xbox Cloud Gaming using the Google Chrome web browser on their devices. Follow these steps below:
- Head to Xbox.com/play on Google Chrom
- Press Sign in and enter your Microsoft account credentials
- Tap on a game to play
Tapping on a game will launch the game, and it should only take a few seconds to start.
Note: Players can use touch controls to play games, or they can pair a wireless Bluetooth controller to their device.
Cloud Gaming - iOS/Apple Devices
Safari Web Browser
On iOS devices, users must use the Safari web browser to join and access Xbox Cloud Gaming. Follow these steps below:
- Head to Xbox.com/play on Safari
- Press Sign in and enter your Microsoft account credentials
- Tap on a game to play
To save Xbox Cloud Gaming on your home screen as a web app, tap the Share button and then tap Add to Home Screen.
