Do Ultrahand items respawn in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom? (TOTK)

Build your own vehicles again and again.

The new Ultrahand ability is one of the best in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. During my time in Hyrule, I have used this ability to create boats, vehicles, and other wild contraptions. With such a new and interesting ability, players may wonder if objects in the world can be manipulated with Ultrahand respawn. Here's what we've found.

Can Ultrahand items Respawn in Tears of the Kingdom?

Yes, any Ultrahand objects found in Hyrule will respawn upon fast-traveling or respawning after death. If you've already used items to build a raft or boat, you must either fast-travel or respawn, and the objects will return to their original position. I discovered this after building a monster-car-like contraption near the Outskirt Stable and accidentally dying by driving it into a nearby boss. Missing my vehicle, I returned to the stable and found the wheels and platform had respawned.

It's worth noting that any object you have added from your inventory, such as Zonai devices, will not respawn, as they are single-use items only. You will need to either use another device or find a Zonai Device Dispenser to provide near devices for your creation.
