How to farm Mighty Thistle fast in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom (TOTK)

A mighty useful location.

The Mighty Thistle is one of the most useful ingredients to cook with in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom due to its ability to raise attack power when included in dishes. It's my favorite resource to stock up on before a big boss fight, where I know I'm going to need all the help I can get. Here's how to farm Mighty Thistle fast in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.

The best place to go to gather a large amount of Mighty Thistle quickly is the small pond at Piper Ridge in the Hebra region. You'll find it south of Rito Village, just south of Nero Hill. Its map coordinates are -3537, 0739, 0186.

If you're coming from Rito Village, make sure you have Cold Resistance or suitable clothing, otherwise Link will take damage from the elements.

Once at Piper Ridge, you'll find 11 Mighty Thistle that you can grab here (and a Korok for a Korok Seed too!). These will last you for a few meals, but if you need more, you'll need to wait for them to respawn. After some testing, I've concluded that the respawn timer for Mighty Thistle is randomized like it was in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

This means that, unlike other ingredients like Hylian Rice, you can't force a respawn. Instead, you'll have to revisit the location every so often to see if the stock has been replenished. I found that by the time I'd used all 11 Mighty Thistles, they'd all respawned anyway.
