The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom features a massive and exciting open world. However, much of the world map is covered by fog, and you cannot fully discover its secrets until you visit all of the Skyview Towers. One tower that gave me some trouble was the Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower. If you are also having issues with this, follow the steps below to find and get inside the Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
Where to find Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
The Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower can be found southeast of Lookout Landing. The tower itself is on a hill in West Necluda. However, upon arriving at the tower, you will find a Rito named Billson standing outside. He was sent to repair the tower, but the doors seemed to be locked and stuck.

Billson will mention mushrooms in the cave below, but this is not a hint as I first thought. It took a bit of experimenting, but you can use the solution below to get inside Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower and let Billson in like I did.
How to open Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
Drop down and head into the caves mentioned by the Rito locked outside. You will need bomb flowers or blunt weapons to break through the rock. Make a path through the rock, heading to the right. Eventually, you will come to a small open chamber with three gray rocks; one large and two small. Use the Ascend ability to pass through the ceiling.
You will find yourself inside the tower, but the doors are still locked. Pick up the long sticks to the left and right of the doors, or use Ultrahand to pick them up and move them. Once you have done this, press A to open the door. Billson will then fix the Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower, and you can use it to remove the fog, expand the map, and continue exploring.
