I spent many hours searching for Korok Seeds in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and I look forward to doing so again in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. However, newcomers to the series may not know what to do with Korok Seeds or what their purpose of them is. Keep reading below, and I'll tell you just what to do with the plentiful Korok Seeds in Tears of the Kingdom.
What to do with Korok Seeds in TotK - Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
Korok Seeds are one of many Tears of the Kingdom collectibles, but they serve an incredibly important purpose. This is to expand Link's inventory. However, you must take Korok Seeds to Hestu to upgrade your inventory. This leaves the question of where to find Hestu in Tears of the Kingdom.
Where to find Hestu in TotK Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
The first place you find Hestu is northwest of Lookout Landing on Lindor's Brow. Locate the New Serenee Stable to know you're on the right track. Hestu is located up the hill, and speaking to him will trigger the quest, Hestu's Concerns. Go to the trees Hestu fears and defeat the living tree. Return to Hestu to complete the quest.

Once you have completed Hestu's Concerns, he will offer to expand your inventory in exchange for Korok Seeds. These can be found throughout Hyrule by locating Koroks and solving their puzzles. As you upgrade your inventory, the cost will go up.
One thing to note is that Hestu's location will change as you progress in the story. While he can be found initially in the above location, he will eventually move to the south side of Lookout Landing plaza and then to the middle of Korok Forest. Check these locations if Hestu is not on the hill you first met him at.
