Exploring the world of Zenith: The Last City is an absolute joy in VR. The world is fairly large, so walking across it may take some time, but fortunately for players, there is another method of traveling. This is through gliding, which may leave players wondering how to glide in Zenith: The Last City.
Gliding in Zenith: The Last City is easy to learn but difficult to master. To glide in Zenith: The Last City, you will need to hold your arms out to the side, T-posing. You can then jump while holding this pose or walk off a cliff, building roof, or another high place.

Once you are gliding, you can turn your head to move in a different direction. You won't stay airborne forever, so aim for updrafts to gain altitude and prolong your gliding. Gliding does use stamina, so keep an eye on your stamina bar because there is fall damage should you be too high and your stamina runs out.
The one thing you want to do is go into your settings and change your glide settings from Basic to Sensitive. This can be done in the menu under the tab that looks like someone wearing a VR headset. The gliding options are below the main selections.
This will let you move your hands and arms, giving you greater control of your gliding. You can gain momentum by diving down and then pulling up with this setting. The Sensitive setting increases your flight time, and while it may be tricky at first, it is well worth learning with this setting.
