I recommend using the Circle Crosshair V2. The main reason is that there is no center dot and only the outline, allowing you to aim much better and fit with almost all the weapons in the game.
Arc Raiders has a very dull, rustic setting; as a result, any pale colors won't look that good in the game. So, you should always go for vibrant colors like purple, violet, cyan, red, white, or even black to make it stand out against such backgrounds.
You can change the colors of the crosshair in Arc Raiders by tweaking the Crosshair Red, Crosshair Green, and Crosshair Blue values in the Settings. Just provide an RGB value for the color you want, between 0 and 255, for these options to replicate it. For example, if you want cyan on the screen (0, 255, 255), for these options, respectively, to get the color.
