You can't really prepare for infinite options, but you can do your best. Redeem all the Button Room Codes Items like Laser Guns and Tape against enemies, Golden Soup for HP restoration, and even Legendary Items like the Time Stop grenade which allows you to get your bearings once you've triggered a dangerous event by pressing a button.
