Level 4 Chase in Wonderland: How to Escape the Monster
After the first few levels in Roblox Wonderland, where you basically learn the basics of the game in terms of controls, mechanics, and the core gameplay loop, the first real challenge comes at Level 4. And no, it's not just you being bad at the game - everyone is. Believe me, I've been checking the game's Discord server since release, and everyone is whining about the difficulty of the Level 4 Chase in Wonderland.
So, how to beat Level 4 and escape the monster? Here's what you should do:
- The camera is looking directly at the monster during the cutscene. Be ready to turn it toward the exit and start running as soon as you regain control of your character.
- You NEED to interact with every lever and pull it by pressing E when you're near it.
- The trick is to find the optimal route that lets you run smoothly while staying close enough to activate all the levers. Mind you, this is very hard solo, so try it with friends if you can.
- If you miss even one lever, the gate at the end of the tunnel will not open.
- Once the gate opens, complete the platforming/parkour section. It can be a bit tricky due to some wonky controls, but it's otherwise manageable.
- Finally, DO NOT go toward the last door. It's locked, and that's not the exit!
- What you need to do is JUMP into the hole. That's how you beat the first chase on Level 4 in Wonderland.
And that's basically it. That's how you beat the first chase in the Wonderland Roblox horror experience. There will be other chase sequences later in the game, but they aren't quite as hard as the first one. At least, that's my subjective experience, but from what I've been reading on Discord, other players seem to feel the same way. They all cry about the first chase but say the later ones aren't nearly as difficult.
