How to get Roadbucks in Act 3 of Inscryption

Inscryption blends horror and deck-building with puzzle-solving and a whole lot of secrets. The player will need to collect cards and build a strong deck to survive the challenges of Inscryption. It is split into three acts in which the player will tackle various challenges. In Act 3, one thing that will help the player is Roadbucks.

This is the currency in Act 3 and works similarly to teeth and foils. As the player progresses through Botopia, they will acquire this currency in one of two ways or both. The first is to find it as they move through the playing board. The other is to earn it during card matches by dealing excess damage to P03. When a player collects Roadbucks, their total will be displayed on P03's screen.

Roadbucks are used at shops to purchase cards and sometimes encounters like upgrades will cost Roadbucks. These are both vital aspects at increasing the player's deck and expanding their selection of cards, so the player should try and collect as many Roadbucks as possible. This will increase their chances of winning.

One thing to note is that if a player is defeated, they will drop all of their Roadbucks at their place. They will be transported back to the closest checkpoint and will be able to retrieve them by returning to that spot. The catch, however, is that all enemies in between the player and that spot will respawn. Should the player be defeated before returning there, their Roadbucks will be lost.
