Players who have flitted in and out of the Asase Shrine in Seirai Island will be well-familiar with Neko, the Self-Proclaimed "Provisional Head Priestess of the Asase Shrine." Neko, as you've come to know, is neverendingly waiting for Hibiki, the true Head Priestess of the Asase Shrine—who disappeared once upon a time and never returned.
The Narukami Trail continues the story of Neko's heartwarming search for Hibiki. Unlock this World Quest by completing the nine-part Neko Is a Cat daily questline and any of the following Commissions at least three times:
- A Fishy Flavor
- The Cat's Trail
- Shrine Cleanup
When you meet the prerequisites above, the World Quest marker will automatically appear on the World Map and above Neko.

Neko will ask you to take her to the Grand Narukami Shrine, a place that Hibiki loved and frequented. Follow the quest marker to the outskirts of the shrine, which will prompt a dialogue between Paimon and Hibiki. Paimon suggests going up the shrine and speaking with a Shrine Maiden.
Neko is enamored by the Grand Narukami Shrine, which is bustling with life, proclaiming that the Asase Shrine will one day flourish the same way.
Speak with the Shrine Maiden Inagi Hotomi and inquire about Hibiki's whereabouts.
She reveals that Asase Hibiki was someone who lived 400-500 years ago and was part of "The Yougou Three." After a series of events, Hibiki reportedly returned to Seirai Island, but what happened next remains unclear.
You conclude that Hibiki may have gone somewhere else. Leave the shrine with Neko and follow the quest marker to initiate a dialogue. Neko will persevere in her search for Hibiki. But first, she demands you to return with her to Asase Shrine. After, speak with Neko to complete the World Quest.
Completing this World Quest will reward you with the Achievement Her and Her Cat.
