How to get Taken Butter in Destiny 2 Dawning 2021

The Dawning event has returned in Destiny 2, and it is bigger than ever, bringing players new rewards and Stasis-infused snowballs. The absolute best way to spread cheer during The Dawning is by baking cookies for the Various NPC’s. These cookies need ingredients, and one of those ingredients that may be needed is Taken Butter. Here is how to get Taken Butter in Destiny 2 Dawning 2021.

Taken Butter, as the name implies, comes from the Taken. Players will need to eliminate Taken enemies as they have the chance to drop Taken Butter. The Butter will not drop with every Taken enemy eliminated, but it will not take long to get however many you need for your recipe. The best place to farm Taken Butter is at the Dreaming City, where the most Taken enemies spawn.

Taken Butter is used with the following recipes:

• Dark Chocolate Motes
• Strange Cookies 

As in previous years, players will use ingredients in the Holiday Oven. Combing the correct ingredients will result in the creation of a delicious treat for a certain NPC. However, it is worth keeping in mind that not all ingredients can be mixed, and mixing the wrong ones will result in wasted ingredients.
