The key to succeeding in Marvel Strike Force is to have a proper team built with the correct characters that can stand through most fights. With a roster full of popular Marvel heroes and villains, fans can recreate a few nostalgic lineups like the Sinister Six.

Currently, the best Sinister Six build in Marvel Strike Force comprises Rhino, Electro, Doctor Octopus, Swarm and Mysterio. Doctor Octopus is critical to this lineup as he can call in an extra ally with his abilities. He is a Legendary character in Marvel Strike Force, so start by unlocking him first.
