Interact with Lady Tanith to accept the quest, then visit Rileigh the Idle located south of Bridge of Iniquity Site of Grace at Altus Plateau.
The Crepus's Vial eliminates all sounds made by the wearer during movement. This means that players can run, walk, and move about freely without getting detected. The only catch is that you'll need to remain out of the opponent's line of sight. This Talisman becomes exceedingly useful while infiltrating areas swarming with enemies.
Stealth is an essential aspect of Elden Ring, and knowing which fight to avoid is the key to survival in this game. Players can effectively hide behind enemies without alerting them if they have Crepus's Vial equipped. Enemies will not detect the Tarnished, as long as you are not in their line of sight.
