Over the years, Fortnite has managed to create its own Metaverse by adding characters from different pop culture universes through collaborations. And if the current leaks are to be believed, then there's a chance that Eren and Mikasa from Attack on Titan will receive a similar treatment. Although nothing is confirmed yet, popular Fortnite data miner, ShiinaBR, tweeted an item shop background for two new skins.
If you've been an ardent follower of the Attack on Titan anime, you will notice that this background is similar to the one that is seen during the opening credits of the anime. Given that Epic Games focuses on adding popular characters from different series, Eren and Mikasa will probably be the two characters from Attack on Titan to join Fortnite.
This potential collaboration is likely to be one of the most popular collaborations in Fortnite after Naruto—the latter was seen back in Chapter 2 Season 8. Most importantly, Naruto probably set the ball rolling with respect to the anime-based collaborations, and it looks like Epic Games plans to make anime collaborations more prevalent within the Fortnite metaverse.
