How to unlock Advanced Classes in Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters

To unlock Advanced classes in Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate - Daemonhunters, you must progress far into the game. Eventually, you will start gaining more Advanced classes after earning your first Advanced class from the Grandmaster. 

You won't reach this point until you progress over 100+ days in the game. After around 100+ days and a few story missions, you will eventually get the choice of four Advanced classes. Choose one of the four classes, and you will be able to gain the rest through mission rewards. The following are all four Advanced Classes you can choose in the game: 

• Paladin
• Chaplain
• Librarian
• Purifier

We also recommend upgrading the Knight Requestion level inside the armory to help increase the chances of high-rank Advanced classes appearing. Upgrading Knight Requestion won't increase the likelihood of gaining particular classes. Instead, it will make classes of new Grey Knights gained from Requestion higher levels and allow you to get stronger Advanced Class Grey Knights when they appear.

How to get Advanced Class recruits in Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate - Daemonhunters

To get Advanced Class recruits, you will need to complete missions. After completing missions, you can gain new Grey Knight recruits. You also check to see what Grey Knights you can acquire inside the mission's Information Tab. You can find the mission's Information Tab next to the green Chaos mission icon, as shown below inside the Star Map.

Click the icon to display Mission Information Tab, and under rewards, you can view the Grey Knights you can gain by completing the mission. To see what Grey Knights you can gain, hold the cursor over the helmet icon shown above. Holding your cursor over the helmet will display the name of the class you can acquire after completing the mission. 

That said, find a mission that rewards a specific Grey Knight class and complete it. After completing the mission, you can gain your new Advanced class through Knight Requestion. However, make sure you have extra Requestion points, or you will not be able to request and get a new Grey Knight. Additionally, make sure you have room in your Barracks, or you will need to replace a Grey Knight or send the one you want back to Titan.
