How to make Root Beer in Disney Dreamlight Valley

In Disney Dreamlight Valley, players get to cook various recipes that are often required to complete different quests. Root Beer is one of the new recipes added to the game with the Scar's Kingdom patch update, and its a three star dessert. The ingredients for this recipe can be found in three different biomes, so you'll need to unlock those areas first. Here's how to make Root Beer in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

What's the Root Beer recipe in Dreamlight Valley?

The recipe for Root Beer is rather simple as it only needs three ingredients to prepare. You'll need to find these ingredients by exploring the biomes. To make Root Beer, players need one piece of Ginger, one piece of Vanilla, and one piece of Sugarcane. All three ingredients are easy to acquire, and the list below details where to find them.

• One Ginger - Can be harvested from the Forgotten Lands biome.
  • Look for the leafy shoots on the ground.
• One Vanilla - Can be harvested from the Sunlit Plateau biome.
  • Similar to leafy shoots.
• One Sugarcane - Can be purchased from Goofy's Stall at the Dazzle Beach for 29 Star Coins.

Ginger and Vanilla are the only two ingredients that can be tricky to locate, and you'll need to find green leafy shoots sprouting from the ground at their respective biomes to acquire these items. Check the image above to see how these look in-game. Once you have all three ingredients, head over to a Stove. Add the ingredients and use one piece of Coal Ore to prepare it. The Root Beer sells for 250 Star Coins, and you can consume it to gain 690 Energy. We recommend gifting it to a companion if you are not going to use it. This improves your Friendship Level with that character.
