How to get League Points in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

Buy what you need using League Points!

In just about every Pokémon game, you need to have some sort of currency in order to purchase a variety of things. In most cases, it's Pokédollars. But, in the newest installment to the series, Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, you have the option to acquire and spend League Points, or LP, instead. League Points can be acquired at the Technical Machine Machine located at any Pokémon Center. These are the green computer boxes with a white wireless symbol located directly next to the Pokémon Center nurse.

When you approach the box and speak with it, you can select the option I want to exchange materials for LP. Here, a window will open that will display all of the Pokémon materials you have and what they are worth in League Points. But, how exactly do you find these materials?

As you battle and capture different Pokémon throughout Paldea, you'll notice that they drop different crafting items and materials. These items and materials are used to trade at Technical Machine Machines for League Points. Not all materials have the same value and if you choose not to use them in exchange for League Points, you are more than welcome to utilize them to make different TMs to better your Pokémon's move sets.
