While there are many resources and crafting materials in Grounded, one you'll need to snag after getting set up is Grub Hide. Check out below to learn where to get Grub Hide and how to use it in Grounded.
Where to get Grub Hide in Grounded
The only way to get Grub Hide is to find Grubs and kill them. Grub Hide is an item dropped by these underground creatures. You must have a shovel, as this is how you dig up Grubs. One of the first things you should craft with Grub Hide is a canteen, but other good recipes to craft with Grub Hide are a Mite Hat and Grub Vest.

Grounded Grubs location (map)
There isn't really a set location where you can find Grubs in Grounded. I've had more luck finding them in the Oak Hills, at the Pond, and around the Grassland. You'll have more luck looking in dark, shady places, making the oak tree's roots the perfect place to search for Grubs. When looking for Grubs, keep an eye out for their trail as they burrow through the ground.
Grubs can also be found in caves, but these often have deadly creatures lurking there, too. I don't recommend checking these locations unless you have proper armor and weapons. The last thing you want is to be unprepared when a Wolf Spider charges you.
