The MTG Arena Mastery pass is a great way to obtain cosmetics, gems, and packs from the newest sets. To progress through this pass, you must earn XP. If the pass is expiring soon, and you have a long way to go before you unlock your favorite reward, it's a smart idea to farm XP. This helps you streamline your time in MTG Arena, increasing the amount of XP gained without increasing your time commitment. Here are some of the best ways to farm XP in MTG Arena.
How to get XP fast in MTG Arena
Weekly Win Rewards
Every week, there are 15 weekly win rewards, which grant you 250 XP for each of your first 15 wins. Since these prizes stack with the daily win rewards, you can get around 275 XP per win, which adds up quickly. In your next game, try using a deck that does especially well in Arena, and see if that can help you secure a win.
MTG Arena codes
Every once in a while, Wizards of the Coast releases promo codes for MTG Arena, which provide free rewards. Typically, these codes unlock card packs or cosmetics, but there are occasional codes that grant XP. One of these codes is LevelUp, which awards you with 2000 XP at no cost. This amount of XP is equivalent to two full levels on the Mastery pass, and can give you a progress boost.

Completing daily quests
Other than MTG Arena codes, daily quests are the fastest way to obtain XP. You can store up to three daily quests at a time, and they each award you with 500 XP. Along with XP, these quests also grant 500 or 750 gold each, and they aren't terribly difficult to complete. Most of these daily challenges require you to play creature spells, lands, or a certain color deck. They also give you a choice between two deck colors, so you aren't pigeonholed into a deck you aren't familiar with. Daily quests are both a generous and quick way of farming XP, especially if you complete them every day.
