How to get the Wide Lens in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

An item that requires math? Oh no!

The Wide Lens is a Held Item that will increase the accuracy of moves in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. Like a majority of Pokémon's Held Items, the Wide Lens can be located at Delibird Presents. Every shop has different stock and the Wide Lens can be found in Levincia's shop. While the item raises accuracy, it won't guarantee that every move lands. This is where to find the Wide Lens and how to use it in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet.

The Wide Lens can be found in Levincia at the Delibird Presents shop in the North part of the city. Players can buy the Wide Lens whenever they want, with no Gym Badge requirements for it to show up in the shop. It costs 20,000 Pokédollars or League Points and is one of the best items for a competitive Maushold build because of the move Population Bomb. Maushold isn't the only Pokémon that can make use of Wide Lens, but in Scarlet & Violet, it is the Pokémon most associated with the item.

What does the Wide Lens do in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet?

The Wide Lens increases the accuracy of a Pokémon who is holding the item by 10%. This does not make it so every move's accuracy is increased by a flat 10% rate, however. Population Bomb, a 90% accurate move, will have its accuracy multiplied by 10% and then added onto it for a total of 99% and does not increase the accuracy to 100%. Similarly, Stone Edge, an 80% accurate move, would have its accuracy increased to 88%. This applies to all moves used by a Pokémon that holds the Wide Lens and works passively.
