The Grapple Beam is a peculiar item in Metroid Prime Remastered. The tutorial shows how players should use the Grapple Beam, but after the Frigate Orpheon crashes, Samus won't see the Grapple Beam for a very, very long time. On top of that, the room which houses the Grapple Beam is easily missed, so gamers will want to know when it's coming up.
Where do you unlock the Grapple Beam in Metroid Prime Remastered?
The Grapple Beam in Metroid Prime Remastered is found in the Ore Processing room of the Phazon Mines. Don't worry about trying to grab it first try, though: Samus needs the Power Bomb to blow up the Bendezium build-up that's in front of one of the controls first.
Instead, continue to head down through the Phazon Mines. The Power Bomb is found in the second level, but to get it, players will need to beat the Cloaked Drone. It's highly recommended that players have the Wavebreaker from the Tower of Light in Chozo Ruins by this point since it can defeat the Cloaked Drone in a matter of seconds.
Anyways, a Morph Ball puzzle will unlock after defeating this mini-boss, leading to the Power Bomb. Players can push forward from here, but the Phazon pool in Metroid Quarantine A will eventually stop them. At this point, a notification should pop up that an increased spectral presence is found on the Tallon Overworld, so players need to backtrack from here.

On the way back, players will reach the Ore Processing room with the Power Bomb equipped. Beforehand, players could only use the blue and red Spider Ball tracks, but now it's time to line up the yellow one.
The first step is to reach the room's second level by lining up the red Spider Ball track. Make sure to clear out any Metroids that flood the area, too (not fun to have flying around while Samus is trying to work).
Afterward, space jump over to the Bendezium debris and use the Power Bomb to clear it away. This will give Samus access to the top lever. Use the Morph Ball Bomb to line up the yellow Spider Ball track, starting with the top and then moving down the room until the bottom floor yellow Spider Ball track is the last to line up.
After that, simply Spider Ball up the tower. There will be another Bendezium pile blocking the door to the Grapple Beam.
Use the Power Bomb to clear it away. Then shoot the door open, and the Grapple Beam will be waiting on the other side.
